Job Description
Windsor Fashions is a leading special occasion and fast fashion retailer seeking an Assistant Manager to support the store leadership team in driving sales, shrink, payroll, and expenses, while coaching and motivating a high-performing team of fashion-loving stylists.
Requirements
- 1 year of retail management experience
- Proven leadership experience and ability to develop and motivate a team of up to 25 employees
- Quick thinking and ability to resolve issues with customers and associates
- Effective communication in group and one-on-one settings
