Assistant Manager

As an Assistant Manager at Windsor Fashions, you will support the team in driving sales, shrink, payroll, and expenses, while coaching and motivating a high-performing team of fashion-loving Stylists. You will be responsible for achieving store productivity, building brand loyalty, and creating an oasis-like experience for customers.

Requirements

• 1+ year of retail management experience
• Proven leadership experience and ability to develop and motivate a team of up to 25 employees
• Quick thinking and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication skills in group and one-on-one settings
