Job Description
As an Assistant Manager at Windsor Fashions, you will support the store leadership team in driving sales and productivity while coaching and motivating a team of fashion-loving Stylists. You will be responsible for achieving store productivity and creating a positive customer experience.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of retail management experience
- Proven leadership experience and ability to develop and motivate a team of up to 25 employees
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to work a flexible and reliable schedule, including opening and closing the store
