Assistant Manager

As a Windsor Assistant Manager, you will be a key member of our store leadership team, supporting the team in driving our mission statement and achieving store productivity. You will coach and motivate a high-performing team of fashion-loving stylists, build brand loyalty, and create an exceptional customer experience.

Requirements

• 1 year of retail management experience
• Proven leadership experience and ability to develop and motivate a team of up to 25 employees
• Quick thinking and ability to resolve issues as they arise with customers and associates
• Effective communication skills in both group settings and one-on-one
• Ability to welcome feedback and improve always
