We are looking for a Customer Onboarding Specialist (Expert Tier) to start immediately. The successful candidate will handle new customer onboarding, provide technical support, and communicate with clients and internal teams via Discord.
Requirements
- Expert-level experience with GoHighLevel
- Strong working knowledge of Meta Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and ad accounts
- Previous experience in customer onboarding or customer support
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and professional
- Comfortable working with offshore teams
