Job Description
Wing is seeking a Sales & Support Specialist to join their team, focused on delivering exceptional demos, onboarding, and technical support for their AI product, Central. The role blends sales acumen, customer success, and technical product guidance.
Requirements
- Conduct engaging sales demos that clearly explain Centralâs AI capabilities and integrations
- Manage full inbound pipeline: demo requests, follow-ups, feature updates, support tickets
- Deliver technical product support and training to help customers maximize value from AI integrations
- Drive customer onboarding with a mix of sales and technical assistance to ensure smooth adoption
- Communicate complex AI concepts clearly and confidently to our customers
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to relay customer feedback and improve experience
