Head of Recruitment

Wing is a fast-growing virtual assistant company looking for a Head of Recruitment to lead its end-to-end recruitment engine, responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring virtual assistants per month.

Requirements

• 5+ years of recruitment experience with at least 2 years in a management role leading teams of 10+
• Proven experience in high-volume hiring (100+ hires/month) in BPO, staffing, or virtual assistant industries
• Strong track record of building and scaling recruitment channels beyond traditional job boards
