Job Description
Wing is a fast-growing virtual assistant company looking for a Head of Talent to lead its recruitment engine, sourcing, attracting, and hiring 100s of virtual assistants per month. The role combines operational management of a 20+ person recruitment team with strategic innovation across online, social media, and in-person recruitment channels.
Requirements
- 5+ years of recruitment experience
- At least 2 years in a management role leading teams of 10+
- Proven experience in high-volume hiring (100+ hires/month)
- Strong track record of building and scaling recruitment channels beyond traditional job boards
- Hands-on experience with social media recruitment and digital marketing for talent acquisition
- Experience managing recruitment budgets and optimizing cost-per-hire
- Proficiency with ATS platforms, recruitment analytics, and pipeline management tools
