Job Description
Wing is a US-based company seeking an In-House Legal Counsel based in the Philippines. The role involves supporting all legal aspects of the business, including contract drafting and review, advising on compliance and employment matters, assisting with risk management, and engaging with prospects and clients. This position reports to the Chief Operating Officer/General Counsel (US).
Requirements
- Licensed attorney in the Philippines in good standing.
- Minimum 5 years of post-qualification legal experience.
- Corporate and commercial contract drafting and negotiation experience.
- Philippine employment law advisory experience.
- Cross-border matters or working with US-based clients or companies experience.
- Demonstrated experience reviewing MSAs, vendor agreements, and other commercial contracts.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities autonomously.
- High degree of professional ethics and integrity.
