Job Description
We are seeking a Legal Counsel Operations to oversee employment-related legal matters within the Operations and People teams. This role will act as the primary legal partner for VA performance management, PIP enforcement, and coaching-related disputes, ensuring alignment with company policy and ethical standards. The ideal candidate combines legal acumen with practical workforce operations and risk mitigation skills.
Requirements
- Licensed Philippine attorney in good standing
- Minimum 4–6 years of post-bar experience in labor law, employment disputes, or corporate legal advisory
- Proven background handling PIPs, disciplinary cases, or performance-related legal documentation
- Strong understanding of Philippine Labor Code, DOLE processes, and remote workforce applicability
- Excellent writing, negotiation, and advisory communication skills
- High discretion, ethical judgment, and ability to manage sensitive matters
