Strategic Sourcing Manager, Network Deployment

Wing is looking for a Strategic Sourcing Manager, Network Deployment to join its Strategic Sourcing team. The role will leverage experience to deliver significant value to key stakeholders by managing the end-to-end strategic sourcing process, ensuring process compliance, and executing on Wing's goals to scale services rapidly.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, supply chain development, or supplier management
• Experience sourcing logistics networks, last-mile or middle-mile transportation, infrastructure deployment, field services, or operational service providers supporting rapidly scaling or hyperscale technology environments
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills with internal and external stakeholders
• Ability to toggle between strategic thinking and detailed execution
• Strong problem-solving and issue-resolution skills
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
• Ability to influence across multiple cross-functional teams
• Flexibility to adapt to dynamic and rapidly changing environments
• Excellent communication skills, capable of working in multinational environments and driving complex initiatives
• Bachelor’s degree in a directly related field or equivalent practical experience
