Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Less than 1 year of relevant work experience
- Less than 1 year of supervisory experience
- Multiple years of relevant experience with Low Income Housing Tax Credit and Project Based Section 8
- Experience with various computer systems, including Microsoft Office
- A current vehicle license in good standing and meet the driving records standards outlined in the Company Safe Vehicular Operations Policy
