Job Description
WinnCompanies is seeking a Property Manager II to oversee the daily operations of two affordable housing communities in Connecticut, including rent collection, maintenance, and resident relations.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- 3-5 years of relevant work experience
- Previous supervisory experience
- Knowledge of property management
- Knowledge of landlord and tenant laws
- Prior experience with Low Income Housing Tax Credit & HUD
