General Maintenance Associate (Fort Drum Mountain Community Homes)

WinnCompanies is looking for a General Maintenance Associate to perform maintenance functions in the community, including rental units, office buildings, residential areas, grounds and parking lots.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Less than 1 year of relevant work experience
• A current driver's license in good standing and ability to meet the driving records standards outlined in the Company Safe Vehicular Operations Policy
• Basic competency in carpentry, plumbing, and electrical trades
• Ability to provide basic tools and equipment necessary to perform daily duties
• Basic familiarity with computers and tablets
• Sharp customer service skills
• Ability to read and write in English
