WinnCompanies is looking for a General Maintenance Associate to perform maintenance functions in the community, including rental units, office buildings, residential areas, grounds and parking lots. The ideal candidate will also perform general maintenance and repair of building structures and associated mechanical, electrical, plumbing, sanitary systems and equipment.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Less than 1 year of relevant work experience
- A current driver's license in good standing and ability to meet the driving records standards outlined in the Company Safe Vehicular Operations Policy
- Basic competency in carpentry, plumbing, and electrical trades
- Ability to provide basic tools and equipment necessary to perform daily duties
- Basic familiarity with computers and tablets
- Sharp customer service skills
- Ability to read and write in English, in order to understand basic instructions and take direction from supervisors
