WinnCompanies is searching for a General Maintenance Associate to perform maintenance functions in the community, including rental units, office buildings, residential areas, grounds and parking lots. The role requires performing maintenance upkeep, repairs, and rehabilitation of property, including plumbing, electrical, and appliances, and ensuring all services are performed safely and result in favorable customer feedback.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Less than 1 year of relevant work experience
- A current driver's license in good standing and ability to meet the driving records standards outlined in the Company Safe Vehicular Operations Policy
- Basic competency in carpentry, plumbing, and electrical trades
- Ability to provide basic tools and equipment necessary to perform daily duties
- Basic familiarity with computers and tablets
- Solid customer service skills
- Ability to read and write in English
- Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize work
