Job Description
WinnCompanies is looking for a General Maintenance Associate to perform maintenance functions in a military housing community. The ideal candidate will perform general maintenance and repair of building structures and associated systems.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Less than 1 year of relevant work experience
- A current driver's license in good standing
- Basic competency in carpentry, plumbing, and electrical trades
- Ability to provide basic tools and equipment
- Basic familiarity with computers and tablets
- Sharp customer service skills
- Ability to read and write in English
