WinnCompanies is searching for an adaptable and dependable General Maintenance Technician - HVAC Specialist II to join our military housing team which is located in Fort Knox, KY. In this role, you will perform maintenance functions in the community, including rental units, office buildings, residential areas, grounds, and parking lots.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- 3-5 years of HVAC experience.
- Current HVAC license.
- Proficiency at carpentry, electrical, plumbing, flooring, or appliances.
- Ability to provide basic tools and equipment necessary to perform daily duties.
- Basic familiarity with computers and web-based applications.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to read and write in English, in order to understand basic instructions and take direction from supervisors.
- Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize work.
- Ability to use a mobile device including applications, email and internet.
