We are searching for a Property Manager II to join our team at Capitol Lofts, a 112-unit residential community located in Hartford, CT. In this role, you will effectively manage, market, and maintain the apartment community, meet the financial objectives of the owner and management company, and comply with all applicable regulatory standards and requirements.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- 1-3 years of relevant work experience
- Less than 1 year of supervisory experience
- Knowledge of property management
- Knowledge of landlord and tenant laws
- Experience with computer systems, particularly Microsoft Office
