Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- 1-3 years of relevant work experience
- Less than 1 year of supervisory experience
- Experience with Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC), Project Based Section 8/HUD programs
- Knowledge of property management
- Knowledge of landlord and tenant laws
- Experience with computer systems, particularly Microsoft Office
- Excellent customer service skills
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and manage a fast-paced office environment
- Ability to manage and work with a diverse group of people and personalities
- Superb attention to detail
