WinnCompanies is searching for a Property Manager II to join their team at Claremont Village, a 150-unit affordable housing community. The successful candidate will effectively manage, market, and maintain the apartment community, meet financial objectives, and comply with regulatory standards.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- 1-3 years of relevant work experience
- Less than 1 year of supervisory experience
- Knowledge of property management
- Knowledge of landlord and tenant laws
- Experience with computer systems, particularly Microsoft Office
