Job Description
WinnCompanies is searching for a Property Manager II to manage, market, and maintain a 128-unit affordable housing community in Malone, NY. The role requires effective management of the property, meeting financial objectives, and complying with regulatory standards.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- 1-3 years of relevant work experience
- Less than 1 year of supervisory experience
- Knowledge of property management
- Knowledge of landlord and tenant laws
- A current vehicle license in good standing
- Experience with computer systems, particularly Microsoft Office
- Excellent customer service skills
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and manage a fast-paced office environment
