Job Description
WinnCompanies is searching for a Property Manager II to join their team at Park Terrace & Croton Heights at Park Vista, a 100-unit affordable housing located in Yonkers, NY. The role involves effectively managing, marketing, and maintaining the apartment community, meeting financial objectives, and complying with regulatory standards.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- 2-5 years of relevant work experience.
- At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
- Knowledge of property management, landlord and tenant laws, and affordable housing certification.
