Property Manager II (Gospel Gardens)

WinnCompanies is searching for a Property Manager II to join their team at Gospel Gardens, a 200-unit affordable housing community in Memphis, TN. The successful candidate will effectively manage, market, and maintain the apartment community while meeting financial objectives and complying with regulatory standards.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• 1-3 years of relevant work experience
• Less than 1 year of supervisory experience
• Knowledge of property management
• Knowledge of landlord and tenant laws
• Experience with computer systems, particularly Microsoft Office
• Excellent customer service skills
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and manage a fast-paced office environment
• Ability to manage and work with a diverse group of people and personalities
• Superb attention to detail
