The role involves managing, marketing, and maintaining the apartment community and its residents and staff, meeting financial objectives, and complying with regulatory standards.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- 1-3 years of relevant work experience
- 1-3 years of supervisory / managerial experience
- A current driver's license in good standing
- Knowledge of Property Management
- Knowledge of Landlord/Tenant Laws
- In-depth knowledge of property management and landlord / tenant laws
- Experience managing large teams
- Experience with web-based applications and computer systems such as Microsoft Office
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to multi-task and manage a fast-paced office environment
- Ability to manage and work with a diverse group of people and personalities
- Superb attention to detail
