Human Resources Consultant

The Human Resource Consultant is responsible for providing human resource services, including support, consultant support, human resources representative, management support, labour relations, employee relations, recruitment functions, organizational design, and HR metrics and reporting. The role requires 3-5 years of progressive experience in human resources management and an undergraduate degree in human resources or a relevant discipline. The position is located in Winnipeg, Manitoba, and requires a valid Manitoba driver's license and use of a personal motor vehicle for regular travel within the province.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of progressive experience providing generalist human resources management support
• Undergraduate degree in human resources or a relevant discipline
• Chartered Professional in Human Resources designation with current membership in good standing
