Job Description
The Human Resources (HR) Business Partner is responsible for performing key functions within the Human Resources portfolio, by providing advanced knowledge as a strategic partner and by acting as the main point of contact for HR services for operational leaders within the assigned service area.
Requirements
- Experience in multiple HR disciplines, including recruitment & labour law
- Experience in Health Care Management
- 3-5 years' experience in Human Resources
- Bachelor of Commerce (BComm)
- Human Resources diploma
- Undergraduate degree or diploma in business
