Winnow is seeking a Business Development Manager to join their team and drive growth within the hospitality sector. The role will involve shaping and executing the strategy to expand Winnow's footprint, identifying opportunities, and leading initiatives to drive impactful results.
Requirements
- Proven experience in business development, enterprise sales or SaaS sales
- Demonstrated ability to manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation and prospecting through to closing complex deals
- Experience selling technology solutions to large corporate clients is preferred
- A strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Experience working within a high-performing sales team, ideally within an international environment
- Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and strategic account management
- Experience within hospitality, technology or sustainability-focused sectors would be considered an advantage
