Job Description
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is a health care professional who provides specified services in the Dialysis Department under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN).
Requirements
- Associates Degree in Nursing
- LPN License in Minnesota
- BLS Certification
- Verbalizes role in public address codes
- Completes and passes the 'Ishihara Test for Color Deficiency' prior to employment
- Basic computer skills: Microsoft Word and Outlook. Patient Information Database (Oracle/Cerner)
