House Parent

Prepare student residents to succeed academically, professionally, and personally, and encourage Christ-like behavior through guidance and mentorship.

Requirements

• Attend monthly House Manager meetings
• Oversight of 8-16 student residents
• Maintain cleanliness of house or dormitory
• Schedule and Maintain Daily Cleaning assignments among student residents
• Document and perform Monthly Fire Drills
• Secure campus by midnight, checking all the doors and gates
• Maintain high visibility with student residents
• Monitor and report any repairs in the dorm or around premises to Director of Operations or Facilities Division
