We are seeking an experienced CSA Construction Manager to lead the delivery of Civil, Structural, and Architectural work packages on a major data centre project in Dublin. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of developing and leading teams to deliver projects to the highest standards of safety, quality, and client satisfaction.
Requirements
- Lead and manage the CSA team (supervisors, engineers, and package managers) to ensure successful delivery of all CSA scope.
- Oversee site safety in conjunction with the Project Manager and Safety Team, embedding a strong culture of Health, Safety, Quality, and Environmental excellence.
- Coordinate and monitor procurement, design, engineering, and installation of CSA works.
- Develop a delivery strategy for CSA work packages, supporting the commercial team in preparing scope documents and subcontract packages.
- Review client designs, identify discrepancies or deviations from standards, and lead resolution to protect the company’s contractual and commercial interests.
- Work closely with QA/QC teams to develop and manage site quality plans, ensuring compliance with project requirements.
- Manage day-to-day site operations, including subcontractor performance, resource allocation, and progress tracking.
- Develop, manage, and report on project schedules in conjunction with Planning, Project Management, and subcontractors.
- Liaise with the design team to prioritise and issue required construction information in line with programme demands.
- Chair and host weekly progress meetings with CSA subcontractors and ensure accurate documentation and records are maintained.
- Attend project meetings (internal reviews, design coordination, planning, handover) and provide clear reporting to management.
- Oversee project close-out activities including punch lists, safety files, QA documentation, and handover requirements.
- Support commercial meetings, ensuring all variations are captured and communicated to enable accurate client change management.
- Review drawings, setting-out information, and ensure coordination of “builders works” drawings related to MEP services.
- Prepare and issue daily and weekly project reports.
