Job Description
Winthrop Technologies is seeking a CSA Construction Manager for a major data centre project in Sines, Portugal. The successful candidate will lead and manage the CSA team to ensure successful delivery of all CSA scope, oversee site safety, and coordinate and monitor procurement, design, engineering, and installation of CSA works.
Requirements
- Relevant construction-related degree or equivalent qualification
- Proven experience as a CSA Construction Manager or in a similar senior role on large-scale construction projects
- Strong track record in managing and successfully delivering CSA work packages
- Experience in project scheduling, programming, sequencing, and producing look-ahead forecasts
- Demonstrated success in leading and managing internal construction teams
- Experience delivering large-scale, fast-track, and technically complex projects
- Excellent organisational, problem-solving, and communication skills
