Mechanical Package Manager

Winthrop Technologies is seeking a Mechanical Package Manager to oversee the design, procurement, installation, testing, and commissioning of a large-scale data centre project in Portugal. The successful candidate will manage the full mechanical package and coordinate subcontractors and site teams to ensure safe, timely, and high-quality project delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in mechanical engineering or a related discipline
• Proven experience in Project Management, ideally on large-scale projects, ideally data centres, pharmaceutical, or industrial
• Strong record of coordinating and managing complex mechanical systems projects
• Experience handling industrial relations matters
• Solid Knowledge of Health & Safety regulations and practices
• Experience in design and build projects
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant mechanical software
• Excellent technical knowledge of mechanical systems
• Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills
