Mechanical Project Manager

Winthrop Technologies is seeking a Mechanical Project Manager to lead a team of Mechanical Engineers on-site in Lisbon, Portugal. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of procurement, experience in leading MEP teams, and expertise in delivering data center projects.

Requirements

• Lead a team of Mechanical Engineers
• Propose suitable changes to design to improve cost efficiency, ease construction programme, and enhance specification and quality completion
• Display commercial astuteness
• Monitor construction, regarding quality of workmanship and materials
• Coordinate and liaise with contracts manager, site engineers and other discipline leads
• Check and ensure understanding of drawings and specifications
• Establish project resource requirements and lead and motivate the project team
• Oversee highest quality of health and safety
