Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our expanding team in Dublin. The successful candidate will have experience in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates, as well as the ability to implement new processes. The role involves collaborating with hiring teams, developing recruitment strategies, and representing the company at job fairs and recruitment events.

Requirements

• Proven work experience as an Internal Recruiter, Agency Recruiter with 2+ years’ experience
• Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting
• Proficient in MS Office, Word, Excel & Powerpoint
• Degree in HR, or Business Studies including HR
• Good understanding of Engineering and Construction sector jobs
• Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks
• Results focused in a fast paced environment
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
