Relationship Banker

Wintrust provides community and commercial banking, specialty finance and wealth management services. We are looking for a full-time Relationship Banker to build and retain meaningful relationships with customers, using financial knowledge to recommend thoughtful solutions to meet their needs.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in a customer service, financial service, or sales role
• High School diploma or GED required
• Intermediate computer skills
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
