Job Description
Wintrust is looking for a Relationship Banker to build and retain meaningful relationships with customers, using financial knowledge to recommend thoughtful solutions to meet their needs. As a Relationship Banker, you will contribute to the success of the branch by building lasting relationships with customers, collaborating with business partners, and operating a teller drawer.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in a customer service, financial service, or sales role
- High School diploma or GED required
- Intermediate computer skills
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
