Relationship Banker - Oak Park, IL

Wintrust is seeking a Relationship Banker to build and retain meaningful relationships with customers, using financial knowledge to recommend thoughtful solutions. As a dual role, the successful candidate will contribute to the success of the branch by building lasting relationships with customers, collaborating with business partners, and operating a teller drawer.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in a customer service, financial service, or sales role
• Retail banking experience preferred
• High School Degree or equivalent
• Intermediate computer skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
