Senior Commercial Banker, ESOP

Wintrust provides community and commercial banking services through its 16 bank charters and nine non-bank businesses. The Senior Commercial Banker will grow and retain a portfolio of ESOP-owned businesses in Western Michigan, expand existing customer relationships, and develop new business across Southwestern and Eastern Michigan.

Requirements

• 10+ years' commercial lending experience with a focus on ESOP
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or accounting
• Formal bank credit training is preferred
• Exceptional verbal and written communications skills
• Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to establish client relationships and work within a team environment
