The role of an Administrator L3 is to resolve, maintain and manage client's software/hardware/network based on service requests raised from the end-user as per the defined SLA's, ensuring client satisfaction. The purpose is to ensure timely response of all tickets raised by the client end-user and maintain quality parameters while performing root cause analysis and creating an action plan to resolve problems. The role also involves installing and configuring software/hardware requirements based on service requests and providing application/user access as per client requirements.
