Job Description
The AI Lead L1 is responsible for developing minimum viable product (MVP) and comprehensive AI solutions that meet and exceed client's expectations and add value to business. The role involves managing product/solution development, leading development and implementation of custom solutions, and creating overall product development strategy. Additionally, the role requires talent management, performance management, and employee satisfaction and engagement.
Requirements
- 5-8 years of experience in Python for Data Science
- Mandatory skills in Python for Data Science
- Ability to manage product/solution development
- Leadership skills for team management
- Ability to create overall product development strategy
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
