BUSINESS ANALYST L4

The Business Analyst L4 role involves liaising with customers to understand their requirements, analyzing customer needs, and communicating these requirements to the Wipro delivery team. The analyst will ensure that the right solution is proposed to the customer, engage with the delivery team to deliver the solution, and maintain relationships with customers to optimize business integration and lead generation.

Requirements

• Gather customer requirements and engage with clients to understand their needs
• Construct workflow charts and diagrams, and study system capabilities
• Design and formulate accurate and timely response to RFP/RFIs
• Empower customers through demonstration and presentation of the proposed solution/prototype
• Maintain relationships with customers to optimize business integration and lead generation
