Job Description
The Business Analyst L4 role involves liaising with customers and the Wipro delivery team to understand and analyze customer requirements, and articulating them to delivery teams to ensure right solutioning to the customer. The role requires gathering customer requirements, engaging with internal teams, and maintaining relationships with customers to optimize business integration and lead generation. The Business Analyst will also be responsible for ensuring ongoing reviews and feedback from customers to improve and deliver better value to the customers.
