Job Description
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide effective technical support to the process and actively resolve client issues directly or through timely escalation to meet process SLAs. The role involves managing transactions, fielding client queries, and documenting all pertinent information.
Requirements
- HWS (Empl Helpdesk) skills
- Ability to resolve client queries as per SLA's defined in the contract
- Knowledge of product details to facilitate better client interaction and troubleshooting
- Ability to maintain internal knowledge bases and resources
