Customer Service Representative

Wipro is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join one of its projects. The role involves solving customer requests, providing product and service information, and resolving complaints. The ideal candidate has 1-3 years of experience in customer care, advanced English, and high school graduation. The job is based in Guadalajara, Jalisco, and requires on-site work with a general shift of Monday to Friday from 6 AM to 8 PM.
