Desktop Support

We are seeking a Desktop Support professional to join our team at Wipro Limited. The successful candidate will provide exceptional first-level support for Microsoft's technical environment, with occasional onsite presence required. The role involves troubleshooting and resolving IT service issues, supporting resident and dispatch technicians, and ensuring seamless ticket dispatch and support across various service areas.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience for Resident Technicians
• 2+ years of experience for Dispatch Technicians
• Expertise in AV systems, hardware support, and network troubleshooting
• Strong communication skills and customer-focused approach
• Ability to adapt to evolving environments and display flexibility and innovation in service delivery
• Certifications: CompTIA A+, CTS (Certified Technology Specialist), Azure Fundamentals, or equivalent
• Experience with troubleshooting and managing AV systems (Crestron, Extron, Teams Rooms)
