Job Description
We are looking for a Lead Administrator L1 (Contract) to join our team. As a Lead Administrator, you will be responsible for providing adequate support in architecture planning, migration & installation for new projects in own tower (platform/dbase/ middleware/ backup) and leading the structural/ architectural design of a platform/ middleware/ database/ back up etc. according to various system requirements to ensure a highly scalable and extensible solution.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer
- Understanding of the business requirements, proposing and implementing solutions
- Knowledge of the ServiceNow Platform and development
- Process knowledge on ITSM and GRC module
- Scripting knowledge
- Experience in creating notifications, assignment rules, service catalogue
- Experience in third-party integration using REST API
- Experience in team management, resourcing, forecasting talent requirements, and talent management
