Job Description
We are looking for a Lead Administrator L1 (Contract) with 7+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer. The successful candidate will have strong understanding of the ServiceNow Platform and development, as well as experience in creating notification, assignment rules, service catalogue, and third party integration using REST API. They will be responsible for leading the structural/architectural design of a platform/middleware/database/back up etc., conducting technology capacity planning, and managing day-to-day operations of the tower.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer
- Understanding of the ServiceNow Platform and development
- Experience in creating notification, assignment rules, service catalogue, and third party integration using REST API
