MAJOR INCIDENT MANAGER L2

We are seeking a Major Incident Manager L2 to drive the Major Incident Bridge and coordinate with resolver groups to resolve major incidents. The candidate will be responsible for providing status updates, ensuring resolution within SLAs, and conducting root cause analyses.

Requirements

• 8-10 years of experience in driving service operations
• Minimum 8 years of experience in managing Incident Management and Major Incident Management processes
• ITIL Expert certification or minimum two ITIL Intermediate certifications
• Strong analytical, communication, presentation, and reporting skills
• Good leadership, people management, and operational skills
