Payroll Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Payroll Analyst with 3–6 years of experience managing Mexican and LATAM payroll. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely payroll processing across multiple countries while working closely with HR, Finance, and external vendors.

Requirements

• Process end-to-end payroll for Mexico and other LATAM countries
• Ensure payroll accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with local labor laws and tax regulations
• Manage payroll inputs including new hires, terminations, salary changes, bonuses, commissions, and benefits
• Coordinate with payroll vendors and internal teams to resolve discrepancies
• Perform payroll validations, reconciliations, and post-payroll audits
• Support month-end and year-end payroll activities
• Manage statutory filings, social security, tax, and benefit-related processes
• Respond to employee payroll inquiries with a high level of service and confidentiality
• Maintain payroll documentation and process improvements
